<image:caption>I wasn’t always who I am today — this mindset, physique, and brand were earned. From a skinny kid to a U.S. Marine to a full-time creator, I turned discipline into a lifestyle. Now I share that journey to inspire yours.</image:caption>

<image:title>Bio - Hi, my name is Tyler Valenzia and this is my story.</image:title>
<image:caption>Growing up in Maryland, I faced a few early challenges that shaped who I am today. At two years old, I was attacked by two Rottweilers, leaving permanent scars on my arm and leg. At four, I lost my dad and was raised by my mom, who got me into sports like wrestling and soccer by age six. At 14, inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger, I started lifting with my dad’s old weights. By 16, I had a gym membership at Gold’s Gym and was training almost daily after school or sports. At 17, I started sharing my workouts on social media and found encouragement that pushed me further.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2018 and was stationed in San Diego, California. As an RTCASS technician, I worked on the electronics of F-18 gear. After my deployment from 2020 to 2021 on the USS Nimitz—one of the longest deployments since Vietnam, with 12-hour shifts and no days off—I returned and achieved several milestones. I earned my brown belt and instructor tab in MCMAP, became a CDI, and was promoted to sergeant before completing my service in 2023. After returning from deployment, I got back into social media, and my TikTok took off with my military workout videos. Now, as a Marine Corps veteran, I’m still in San Diego, building my brand, live streaming, and inspiring others. I hope my journey shows that if I could overcome challenges and keep pushing forward, anyone can do it.</image:caption>
